Comfort Inn Kofu Showa Inter

We were looking for a one night stay between location during the road trip and this was a very good choice! The property is very clean, staff are very pleasant and helpful, great breakfast with smoothie!

It was not a mistake of the hotel, but one of the guests. When we checked in the corridor in our room was full of smell of cigarets (even thought it is not a smoking permitted hotel). Since I’m pregnant It was important for me to stay smoke free. The staff were very understanding and helpful so they switched our room to a different floor.

Room size. Cleanliness. Access to restaurants.

The breakfast buffet. The breads were nice but the smoothie and eggs were not good at all.

Nice Window view.Big room. Microwave in your room. Little early checkin was possible about 80min before 3pm

Staff very kind, alll was ok but standard in this price should be higher.. Car park was full and had to park a bit away from hotel, but at least was free ?Breakfast maybe not a big selection but fair enough and suits us. All depends who like what. Was a bit continental and Japan style.

Car park full, a bit to much compare standard to price and maybe more small bits should be more looked after.. But, that's my opinion cause this was 5...6 th hotel during the trip and we saw others and know prices too..

Hotel was booked as a cheap overnight stay on route to another destination. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff were very helpful. Language barrier was no problem even though we spoke no Japanese and they only had odd words of English. Breakfast was basic but acceptable.

Nothing to dislike even though it is a basic hotel.

Room is small and no place to store clothes. Ceiling of the building is a bit low, feel claustrophobic. And location is inconvenient for tourist to move around.

Location is not centralized.

Breakfast was good & tasty. Hotel very clean with friendly staff

Location is a bit far away from everything you would need to get a taxi to get around

The room and facilities were very clean. The room had a sofa, a fridge and also TV. There was free breakfast buffet each morning.

I wish there was a little more variation for the breakfast buffet

This is my second stay. It's a simple hotel with lovely staffs and spacious rooms. Great value for money!

reasonable price, free flow of drink, free parking

noisy because near main road, average breakfast.

My room was really comfortable and quiet. the staff was professional, caring and ready to help the customers with all their needs. Great breakfast.they kept my luggage after the check out till late at night.

the location is a bit far from everything.

Nice staffs, room is spacious and very well equipped (microwave!), great value for money! I could see Mt. Fuji from my window. Perfect location at route 20. I would love to stay here again!

Clean , simple hotel & room, reasonable price.

Next to big road, neighborhood not attractive.

Good breakfast

Great location, hotel staff very professional with an exceptional standard of service a pleasure to stay.

Breakfast had delicious smoothies :) Staff was very nice and helpful.

Clean and comfortable.

It was a good location

The receptionist could have been more helpful. It only takes one bad egg to lower the rating from an 8.

Cleanliness

Staff are very helpful and nice.

There's a bad smell coming from the toilet
